Nassau Conservation Network (NCN) is a roundtable of major conservation groups and organizations in and around Nassau County committed to coordinating conservation and preservation movements focused on protecting natural resources, marine, ocean, and wildlife.

NCN (formerly Amelia Island Conservation Network) facilitates strategic communication for local conservation organizations to share knowledge, networks and technical skills, and to collaborate and coordinate. NCN also plays a unique role by providing direct access to the diverse conservation organizations in the community.

    4SEA Change

    4SEA Change mission is to change the tide by reducing 'Single-use Plastic’ and cigarette butts on Amelia Island and our beaches. We want to bring together government, businesses, and the community. Our goal is to reduce the footprint of ‘Single-use Plastic’ and ‘Cigarettes on Amelia Island Beaches. 4SEA CHANGE meets periodically throughout the year.

  • Amelia Beach Ambassadors

    Amelia Beach Ambassadors

    The Amelia Beach Ambassadors program conducts daily beach clean-ups during the busy summer season. Beach Ambassadors are volunteers dedicated to eliminating the litter on Amelia Island beaches to protect beach habitat and to safeguard marine life. Volunteers commit to adopt a section of beach and to clean-up one evening a week .
